Open purchase and product exchange
You have the full right to exchange any purchased item within 14 days after receiving your delivery. This does not apply to discounted products. Before you return your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any shipping fees on returned orders are paid by the customer. We only exchange unused products in their original packing accompanied by the original receipt. Remember to seal the package properly. The customer also pays shipping fees for the new product. After receiving and controlling the returned product we either send a new product or make a refund to the customer’s bank account. Products sent using cash on delivery are ignored.
Please note! We do not exchange discounted products.
You are entitled to return products delivered to you in the event that they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them. Always contact us first at email@example.com and provide us with the following information: Your name, contact information, order number and the name of the product.
When returning a defective or incorrect delivered product, make sure the product is not used and that it is properly packaged to avoid damage during transport. Used or washed products cannot be returned. It is the customer’s responsibility to control the condition of the product when receiving it. We always pay the shipping fees on defective products and incomplete deliveries. However, products sent using cash on delivery will not be collected by us.
In case of conflict we follow the rulings of the Finnish Consumer Complaint Board.

Prices and fees
All prices are shown in EUR including VAT. In case of a price change on our website, the price at the time the order is made applies. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is sold out and we will notify the customer immediately if so happens.
The shipping fee within Finland is 5 EUR and to the rest of Europe 8 EUR. The total price including shipping will always be shown before confirming the order.
Products can be paid securely by credit card or via PayPal. Products collected at Myrfolk in Vaasa can be paid by cash or credit card.
The normal delivery time is 3-10 working days after completed payment. Please keep in mind that it may take up to three working days before the payment reaches our bank account. In times of high demand the delivery time may be longer.
We ship on all work days. If a product is temporarily out of stock we will inform the costumer via e-mail of the new expected delivery date. The costumer has the right to cancel the order if he or she does not approve of the delayed delivery.
